Rumour, object, height approx. 85 cm

Rumour is a series of objects. Woven from rhizomatic wide-open jaws and multiple tongues, they talk to one another. Their stalks are covered with emu eggshells. The jaws are made of shells of bastard poon tree nuts (Sterculia foetida) collected in Java, Indonesia.

Like open jaws, the nut shells are filled with rows of acrylic teeth.
